The Icelandic Center for Treatment of Anxiety Disorders (KMS) is the first of it´s kind in Iceland, offering specialized treatment for anxiety disorders. The treatment provided is cognitive-behavioral therapy either in individual or group format, after an initial diagnostic interview has taken place. Treatment is governed by psychologists and can be delivered in English, Spanish, Swedish and Norwegian. A session with one of KMS´s psychologists costs 9500 Icelandic Krona but if you belong to a trade union here in Iceland (e.g.VR, BHM, ASI) it is quite possible they can partly fund the treatment.

El Centro de Islandia para el Tratamiento de Trastornos de Ansiedad (KMS) es el primero en Islandia, que ofrece tratamiento especializado para trastornos de ansiedad.
